NARP Research Lab

Juhi Jannat Mim

Co-Founder & Chief Research Coordinator

I am currently pursuing an MSc in Mechanical Engineering with a major in Materials Science at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Bangladesh. My ongoing thesis, titled "Germanium-Assisted Bandgap Tailoring of Multi-Heteroatom-Doped Graphene via Electrochemical Exfoliation of Sintered Fertiliser-Derived Precursors," focuses on advanced nanomaterials, graphene engineering, electrochemical exfoliation, and bandgap tuning for next-generation material applications. My research interests primarily include nanotechnology, graphene-based nanocomposites, energy materials, and advanced functional materials. Alongside my postgraduate research, I am working as an Adjunct Research Associate at Miyan Research Institute, where I actively contribute to materials-based research projects and collaborative scientific investigations. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, which laid a strong foundation in engineering research and innovation. In addition, I am the Founder and Chief Research Coordinator of NARP, a research-focused platform dedicated to promoting materials science and interdisciplinary innovation. In this role, I supervise multiple research activities, coordinate research teams, organise workshops and seminars, and mentor new researchers to engage them in scientific research and development. Through these initiatives, I aim to build a collaborative research culture that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and technological advancement among young researchers. My long-term goal is to contribute to impactful research in advanced materials and nanotechnology while fostering a strong research community for future scientists and engineers.
